Have you ever experienced a resonance with yourself, the natural world, a piece of art, or someone you love that lit you up in an indescribable way? Was it difficult to pinpoint what about that intense connection sent your spirit soaring? And do you find the act of writing to be a sacred experience that helps you connect more deeply with that sometimes fleeting feeling of resonance?
In this Sacred Sundays Series, we’ll meet in a safe, supportive, non-judgmental writing and reflection community, focusing on the intersection between the stories of our lives, mindfulness and the soul.
We’ll use meditation and guided processes to connect with our inner wisdom, explore the poetry and prose that draws us closer to the Divine, use creative writing to witness our own healing and growth, and discuss what it means for each one of us to live an open-hearted life.
Don't consider yourself to be a writer? Not to worry! No writing experience necessary to be a part of this group! Writing is simply the vehicle we use to access the sticky places within us that need our focus and care.
